Job Description:
The training team at Benson & Company is looking for an experienced training assistant to assist a number of different management training programs within the company portfolio. This position reports to the Head of Training and requires an understanding of event management, sales and customer services.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of venue facilities for open courses
  • Assist in room and equipment set up including registering and enrollment
  • Ensure that Traininng Consultant has necessary information
  • Manage sales materials and related products for clients
  • Regularly communicate results and performance to Head Office
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to delegates and clients

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 yrs minimum experience in direct customer service and support roles
  • A successful track record of assisting customers with their overall customer experience
  • Ability to offer support to Training Consultant and recommend solutions and support
  • Sales experience and the ability to ‘up-sell’ training solutions
  • Accurate record keeping and enrollment
  • Excellent analytical, project management and related skills
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities
  • Professional and approachable towards customers, clients and related venue managers
  • Successful and comfortable working in fast-paced culture that is very results oriented
